Soft brushed surface with a quiet weight to it.
Material : Brushed Twill

Care:
Cold machine wash, gentle cycle.
Wash with similar colours.
Do not tumble dry.
Warm iron on the reverse.
Size & fit
Mid-rise and relaxed through the hip, falling to a wide straight leg at full length. The waistband is fully elasticated, so it gives rather than digs.
Wear them with a plain top and they read as an outfit, not pyjamas.

Our pieces are designed with ease, so both will fit. Size down if you want a closer fit. Stay true to size if you want it roomier.
How to measure
Bust. Around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape level and relaxed.
Waist. Around the narrowest part of your waist, usually just above the belly button.
Hips. Around the fullest part of your hips and seat, with your feet together.
Measure over light clothing, and keep the tape snug but not tight. If you are between two numbers, take the larger one.

Where we deliver
We deliver across all of Egypt, to all 27 governorates.
How long it takes
Orders arrive in 3 to 5 business days. We call you to confirm your order within 24 hours of placing it, then hand it to the courier.
Business days are Sunday to Thursday. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday start counting from the next business day.
Shipping cost
A flat delivery rate applies to every order, anywhere in Egypt. You see the exact amount on the product page before you order, added to your total. There are no extra fees at the door.
How you pay
Cash on delivery. You pay the courier when your order arrives, in cash, in Egyptian pounds. Nothing is charged online and we never ask for card details.

When the courier arrives, open the package and check everything first. Try it on if you want to. If it is not what you expected, hand it back and pay nothing.
This is not a special request. It is how every Still Soft order works.
Tracking your order
Our team calls you to confirm before dispatch, and the courier calls you before delivery. Keep your phone reachable so nothing gets delayed.
If something goes wrong
If your order has not arrived within 5 business days, get in touch and we will chase the courier and tell you exactly where it is.
Returns & Exchange
The short version
You have 14 days from delivery to return or exchange anything. And you can always check your order at the door before paying a thing.
At the door
Open your package while the courier is there. Check the size, the colour and the condition. If it is not right, hand it straight back and pay nothing. No form, no waiting, no return shipping.
This is the easiest way to return something, so please do use it.
After delivery
If you have already paid and want to return or exchange, you have 14 days from the day it arrived.
What we need
The item should be unworn and unwashed, with any tags still attached, in the condition it arrived in. We cannot accept anything that has been worn, washed, altered or damaged after delivery.
How it works
Get in touch within 14 days and tell us your order number and what you would like to do. We arrange collection with the courier, check the item when it reaches us, and then either send your exchange or refund you.
Exchanges
Swapping for a different size or colour is the fastest option. Once we receive the original, your replacement goes out on the next dispatch, normally within 2 business days.
Refunds
Refunds are paid in cash or by transfer, whichever suits you, once we have received and checked the returned item. Allow up to 7 business days from the day it reaches us.
If something arrives wrong or faulty
If we sent the wrong item, or something is faulty, tell us and we will fix it at our cost. You will never pay return shipping for our mistake.
What we cannot take back
Anything worn, washed or altered, and anything returned after the 14 day window has closed.
