Terms of Service

These terms apply when you order from Still Soft. By placing an order you agree to them.

Ordering

Placing an order on this site is a request to buy, not a completed sale. Your order is confirmed when we call you and you confirm it. We may decline an order if we cannot reach you, if the address is outside our delivery area, or if the item is no longer in stock.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Egyptian pounds and include the delivery charge shown at the point of order. The total you see before you order is the exact amount you hand to the courier.

Payment is cash on delivery only. We do not accept card payment and we will never ask you for card or bank details.

Checking your order at the door

You may open your package and inspect it before paying. If it is not what you expected, you can refuse it and pay nothing. Once you have paid the courier, the Returns and Exchange terms apply.

Delivery

We deliver across Egypt in 3 to 5 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays caused by the courier, weather, public holidays or an unreachable phone number are outside our control, though we will always help you chase an order.

Returns and exchanges

You have 14 days from delivery to return or exchange an unworn, unwashed item with its tags attached. Full detail is on the Returns and Exchange page, which forms part of these terms.

Products and descriptions

We describe our products as accurately as we can, including fabric, fit and measurements. Colours can look slightly different from one screen to another. Measurements are taken by hand and small variation between garments is normal.

Sizing

The measurements on our Size Guide are a guide to help you choose. Fit varies between body shapes, which is exactly why you can check the item at the door before paying.

Using this site

The content on this site, including text, images and the Still Soft name and logo, belongs to us. Please do not copy or reuse it commercially without asking.

Do not use this site to place fraudulent orders or to interfere with how it works.

Our responsibility

If we get something wrong, we will fix it: a replacement, an exchange, or a refund. We are not responsible for indirect losses beyond the value of the order itself.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published here at the time you order is the one that applies to your order.
