Returns & Exchange

The short version

You have 14 days from delivery to return or exchange anything. And you can always check your order at the door before paying a thing.

At the door

Open your package while the courier is there. Check the size, the colour and the condition. If it is not right, hand it straight back and pay nothing. No form, no waiting, no return shipping.

This is the easiest way to return something, so please do use it.

After delivery

If you have already paid and want to return or exchange, you have 14 days from the day it arrived.

What we need

The item should be unworn and unwashed, with any tags still attached, in the condition it arrived in. We cannot accept anything that has been worn, washed, altered or damaged after delivery.

How it works

Get in touch within 14 days and tell us your order number and what you would like to do. We arrange collection with the courier, check the item when it reaches us, and then either send your exchange or refund you.

Exchanges

Swapping for a different size or colour is the fastest option. Once we receive the original, your replacement goes out on the next dispatch, normally within 2 business days.

Refunds

Refunds are paid in cash or by transfer, whichever suits you, once we have received and checked the returned item. Allow up to 7 business days from the day it reaches us.

If something arrives wrong or faulty

If we sent the wrong item, or something is faulty, tell us and we will fix it at our cost. You will never pay return shipping for our mistake.

What we cannot take back

Anything worn, washed or altered, and anything returned after the 14 day window has closed.
