This policy explains what information Still Soft collects when you shop with us, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, phone number, governorate, area and full delivery address, plus any note you add to your order. We need all of it to deliver to you and to call you before delivery.

When you browse the site we collect standard technical information such as your device type, browser and the pages you visit. This helps us understand what is working and what is not.

We do not take card or bank details, because we do not accept card payment. Every order is paid in cash to the courier.

Why we collect it

To confirm your order by phone, to deliver it to the right address, to handle returns and exchanges, to answer your questions, and to improve the site.

Who we share it with

Our delivery courier receives your name, phone number and address, because they cannot deliver without it. They use it for delivery only.

Our online store runs on Shopify, which stores order and site data on our behalf.

We do not sell your information to anyone, and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising.

Contacting you

We call or message you about orders you have placed: to confirm, to arrange delivery, or to sort out a return. If you start an order but do not finish it, we may contact you once about that order.

We do not run a newsletter and we will not add you to a marketing list.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as we need them for accounting and for handling returns and disputes. After that they are deleted.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Get in touch through the Contact page and we will action it.

You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time. We will still need to reach you about any order that is currently in progress.

Cookies

The site uses cookies to keep it working properly and to understand how it is used. You can block cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the site may stop working correctly if you do.
