Where we deliver

We deliver across all of Egypt, to all 27 governorates.

How long it takes

Orders arrive in 3 to 5 business days. We call you to confirm your order within 24 hours of placing it, then hand it to the courier.

Business days are Sunday to Thursday. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday start counting from the next business day.

Shipping cost

A flat delivery rate applies to every order, anywhere in Egypt. You see the exact amount on the product page before you order, added to your total. There are no extra fees at the door.

How you pay

Cash on delivery. You pay the courier when your order arrives, in cash, in Egyptian pounds. Nothing is charged online and we never ask for card details.

Open your package and check it before you pay

When the courier arrives, open the package and check everything first. Try it on if you want to. If it is not what you expected, hand it back and pay nothing.

This is not a special request. It is how every Still Soft order works.

Tracking your order

Our team calls you to confirm before dispatch, and the courier calls you before delivery. Keep your phone reachable so nothing gets delayed.

If something goes wrong

If your order has not arrived within 5 business days, get in touch and we will chase the courier and tell you exactly where it is.
